Terms of use
These terms govern the use of Hilo, a daily planner offered by Késsia Neves (self-employed, Spain), tax ID [TU NIF], with professional address at [DIRECCIÓN PROFESIONAL] and email [CORREO DE CONTACTO]. By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
Hilo lets you organize your tasks on a timeline, get alerts and check your planner from several devices. It's free. If paid features are ever added, you'll be told beforehand and they will always be optional.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 14 years old or have permission from your parent or guardian.
- Use a real email and a strong password, and don't share it. You're responsible for what's done with your account.
- You can delete your account whenever you want from Settings → My account.
3. Your content
The tasks and notes you write are yours. We only use them to show them to you and make the app work, as explained in the privacy policy.
4. Proper use
Don't use Hilo for illegal purposes, to try to get into other people's accounts, or to overload or attack the service. If that happens, we may suspend the account.
5. Availability
We do our best to keep Hilo always working and alerts arriving on time, but there may be interruptions, delays or errors. Don't rely only on Hilo for appointments or tasks whose omission could cause you serious harm. You can download a copy of your data at any time from Settings.
6. Liability
Hilo is offered as is and free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect damages arising from its use or unavailability. This doesn't limit the rights consumer law gives you.
7. Changes and end of service
We may update Hilo and these terms. Important changes will be announced in the app in advance. If Hilo ever stops working, you'll be notified at least 30 days ahead so you can download your data.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you can go to the courts where you live.
This English version is a translation; if there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
